So, to unlock your windows laptop using Windows Installation CD follow the steps below:
- First, start the laptop using Windows Installation CD.
- Then you will be able to see an installation wizard.
- Now click on the option Repair Your Computer.
- Then select Command Prompt from System Recovery Options ( Press Shift + F10 to run the command prompt).
